What data we process

• Order forms. On pages with a form we process your name and phone number, together with your IP address and browser type, to pass the order to the product’s distributor, who calls you to confirm it. The phone number is kept for 15 minutes only to prevent duplicate orders.
• E-mails you send us. We process your address and message to reply.
• Technical connection data. Like any website, the server receives your IP, browser and requested page in order to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.

Cookies and local storage

We only use functional browser storage:

• esb_geo (local storage): remembers the country chosen on the Esbelita pages to show the right price.
• esb_popup and similar flags (session storage): make sure an information window is shown only once per visit.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. You can delete this data in your browser settings.

Providers and recipients

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and processing of the forms.
• LeadRock (affiliate network) and the product distributor: receive the order form details to confirm and deliver the order.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP when requested.

These providers may process data outside your country with the safeguards required by applicable law.

Legal basis and retention

We process form details to handle the order you request, e-mails to reply to you and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure. The distributor keeps order details under its own policy; we keep e-mails for as long as needed to reply.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted by writing to contacto@ecovitaplus.com. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country.

Minors and changes

The site is intended for adults over 18. We may update this policy when the way the site works changes; the date of the last update is shown at the end of the page.
