Orders and delivery
Orders are handled by the official distributor of each product: after you send your name and phone number, an adviser calls you to confirm the order, the price and the delivery. For the status of an order, the quickest way is to reply to that adviser; if you are not sure whom to contact, write to us and we will point you in the right direction.
Health questions
Our guides are for information. For a question about your health, your medication or whether a supplement suits you, talk to your doctor or pharmacist — they know your case.
Response time
We answer in order of arrival, usually within a few working days. Mention the page your message refers to in the subject line so we can help you sooner.
